“Bad business, no customer service”

I ordered a bed frame from this company it was $540 with tax. I did not accept it was badly damaged it did not come off of the truck the driver took it back. It has been months and I still have not received a refund. I have had many attempts to contact them about my refund. No response no refund do not buy anything from this company. Amazon should not do business with them.

“They also sell on Amazon. And Amazon does NOT honor its "A-Z guarantee," so customers end up being scammed by Cymax and having their money stolen. Please call your bank & file a fraud charge against Cymax-You WILL get your money back”
