I was promised one day shipping. Shipping information wasn't given until the second day. Then it was rescheduled for the third day. On the third day the shipper complained they couldn't get through the security gate (there isn't any - it was just a lie to delay the shipment). Tennis Warehouse said it was probably lost and shipped out another. They said they've had a lot of trouble with that shipping company. Why do they continue to use them? They've lost me as a customer forever.
