I purchased the watch on Dec 5,2019, but now is Jan 4,2020, I still waiting for it, it took very very long time to receive it, and I called the customer service, wanted to cancel it, but it said can't cancel the order, we can not do anything, we are just waiting and waiting. I am very very disappointed, and I don't purchase anything from this website anymore
