This website/service is horrible. The samples they provide on the website and all their Marketing materials look very professional. Once you pay for their service, the work is very amateurish. I dont know if they use junior/cheap calligraphers or not, but I am very disappointed. What a waste of money. They offer 3 revisions, I sent them an example of what I like, they still didn; t do what I asked them

Hey Manunthep, We are really sorry to hear that you are not happy with the design of your Photologo. In our ordering process, every customer has an option to choose the design they like and express ideas about how they imagine their Photologo signature to look. But not every name looks the same in the different styles. Probably that is why you were not satisfied with how your Photologo signature looked. But still, free revisions are always available in your Photologo account and through our Customer Support.
