On March 30,2020 due to the worldwide quarantine I ordered a pack of face masks from TomTop. That was my first experience with the site so I only paid 20 for 10 masks and I thought let's see what happens. Well, it is May 28 today and after three weeks of e-mailing each other they told me the refund is not possible unless I am sending the item back to China. Since I am not getting the package and it surely has been lost because of this pandemic chaos I cannot send it back to get a refund. What is this Catch 22? Aliexpress always refunds me if something similar happens. Alwayssss. I would like to puke on TomTops managers head.
