Initially I was very skeptical because of all this bad reviews, but I'm very proud I gave a try. I think that ppl feel motivated to write reviews only when they have problems and unfortunately happy customers don't even spend 1 min for to share a good experience.My husband submitted the order the November 2nd, a nice Balenciaga jacket from HK, it took 5 days to finally get in their offices for to be inspected.The following day my jacket is been shipped and I received it the next day. Total of 7 days an order from HK to NYC(taxes and duties included). The item was 100% auth and it cames inside Vestiaire Collective's tote bag. I couldn't be more happy for the service.
