Lack of insurance. Cost savings
Price and need
Did a lot of business with 403 auction and all was good. I typically bid on "BNIB or NEW" items. Got a crate and barrel side marble table that was broken in half when I opened up the box. The company never got back to me. I sent three email and none were acknowledged even. Disappointing.
Tip for consumers:
even NEW doesnt mean it is in one piece or working order it seems with these guys. Sad the management doesnt address such concerns.
