Recently bought a sidebar from this company. After a few weeks that they sent me note indicating that the furniture has shipped and I should be receiving it with ten days or so. After fifteen days I got another letter informing me that the shipment is delayed. I questioned how it could be delayed if it already shipped two weeks ago. They explained that that was sent in error. In any case I finally got the piece a month later. Two hours after the delivery, I noticed significant manufacturing flaw or damage on it. I contacted them with pictures and their so called customer service is reading me the fine print in their conditions of sale. Basically amounting to that I signed for it so tough luck.
Companies like this should not be in business. Please avoid buying anything from these guys.
