I have been reviewing for BUZZAGENT for years now, like literally since 2013 and I recently joined a campaign for Lash Idle, and received an email that I was approved and the items shipped. I was pretty excited about this, because who doesn't love free makeup. Well, the email that comes when I am approved and item ships sometimes comes with shipping tracking. Well this one didn't. I waited and waited for it to come and it's never came. Why would someone lie and say they didn't receive something when they have never done this before, I have never not reviewed an item I gave. I am not a newbie they see I have been doing this so long. But even after several attempts of emailing support, they tell you to look for tracking and report it through them. Well, WHAT DO YOU DO IF THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER? I HAVE LITERALLY EMAILED THEM 17 TIMES TO GET THEIR HELP AND HAVE GOTTEN NOTHING!
I GET EMAILS FROM THEM DAILY, THREATNING ME, AND SAYING THINGS LIKE, 'REVIEW THIS NOW OR ELSE' I KID YOU NOT I AM POSTING THESE EMAILS BECAUSE I AM SICK AND TIRED IF THR BULLYING OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WONDER IF THESE COMPANIES KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!
Hi Mandy, We are sorry to hear about your frustrations. You emailed us and you were removed from this campaign since you reported not receiving the sample. 1000's of samples are sent every week. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the carriers (USPS, etc). When an agent is removed from a campaign, this does not affect their account. We explained this to you, in our email reply.
