I was contacted by freelancer after writing a review here. They have resolved the issue now. Reopened my account and credited back the amount. I would have appreciated it if they had done it before writing a review here. But anyways thank you very much. My confidence in freelancer website is back now.

This got to be the worst site ever. They cheat people of there hard earned money. They never respond back to your tickets after closing your account. They close it without any reason. I never posted or commented or did anything. Sold a site and whatever the money inside is now gone. $#*!ty people seriously. Somebody should sue them for what they are. I had raised a ticket and they never responsded back. Nowi think they have blocked my email. None of my mail goes through.
