So I booked over the phone and scored a great deal from boston to miami in march 2019 for our cruise. Minutes later I receive an email to call cheapair back. Ofcourse the attendant that helped me quoted me too low on tickets, eventhough they charged me already! I agrued, they didnt care. So fast forward closer to my travel dates, I call cheapair and airlines to confirm my tickets, all set! Covid19 happens and our trip was cancelled. Probably a good thing because they only purchased us one ticket there! We used 2 different airlines and they blamed jetblue for not accepting our reservation? So when my credit was issued, they only issued for 1 ticket? No credit, no apologies, they were just happy I noticed this error!? Never again. Also, when I contacted by email it took so many attempts, they kept saying they couldnt find my booking number and to try cheap o air.com because people mix them up. This was my first time buying flights and I only will book with airlines directly. What I liked about cheapair is you can use a pay over time thru affirm at checkout.
