This is my first complaint and I'm over 50 years old. We contacted costco about window covering and they referred this company. We clearly explained exactly what we wanted and placed the order with a 50% down payment, our total for seven windows and four curtains was $12,000.00. A few days after the deposit check cleared we received a email explaining that blinds manufacturer stop making the exact motorized blinds we wanted, we agreed on a specific quality blind instead (sheer shades), on the day of installation they had replaced the higher quality blinds with the lowest (cheapest) one you can find. I contacted the owner and was told he would refund $5,000.00 and install missing hardware to our curtains, but have not heard back from him in over a week. If you value your time and money don't waste it dealing with this unethical company.
