A very useful service comparing car hire rates over many suppliers but beware the hidden problems.
We arrived at Luton to pick up a car 50 minutes late from Green Motion and found the office closed and were asked for £30 out of hours charge. The time we booked was within their office hours but we could not estimate the time from flight arrival to car pickup point so were late.
It was impossible to relate this complaint to CardelMar through their complaints form which rejected our booking number.
The booking software should allow for the likely time from flight arrival to office when estimating flight cost and warn if margins are tight.
