The range of wedges was fairly limited in terms of degree and bounce options and the Assistant, who I assume was new, was somewhat annoying and didn't seem to know much about the products

My initial experience with Citation has been very positive and comforting knowing that you are in the hands of a professional organisation. There responses to date have been prompt and the staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I firmly believe that the services they provide will be a massive benefit to our company and look forward to a very long working relationship with them.

This hideous company took my money, made me think i was getting a delivery of an item, by the time i realised it wasnt coming they only decided to credit my wowchers when I complained, how can you redeem something that was not there in the first place that I had paid out for. They wont let me talk to a manager and told me 'tough' basically. I feel scammed.
