I paid 46 dollars for 6 books, everything was going well, they took the money out of my account. Low and behold almost 3 weeks later they email me saying my card didn't go through, even thought it sure did. I contacted costumer service, and the women I was speaking with had an attitude and was talking to me as if I was incompetent. She went on to explain that some how my 46 dollars was used as a holding fee (yet I paid for shipping and handling and they said my books would ship, it was NOT a holding fee) then she explained that they would take an additional amount of money out of my account every time they were going to ship a book, even though I paid for all the books and their shipping fee and tax. Do not buy from BAM they will scam you, should have gone to Barnes and Noble!
