Very pleased with their service, had a my daughter s wallet from John Lewis and my daughter she just kept in side the wardrobe hardly used but she felt it is bit faulty ,So we took it back to Ted-baker s shop and explain it all , I couldn't believe it they didn't say anything,told us to choose any other wallet happy to exchange or refund. This is you call a best customer service . Their staff inside the store or online very polite kind and helpful , so definitely recommend Ted-baker . Beautiful people from their hearts.
Never used their service before , my parcel was coming. They don't give you any time slots about your delivery time . You need to wait for whole day and after all day waiting you will see online tracking that can't deliver your parcel because driver can't locate your property. Excellent and I was checking online tracking number that might be my number now but no , they don't even update you . You need to contact them. So very disappointed
My daughter she shops from ASOS on line shopping, theirs service is excellent, quick place an order and very easy and fast delivery options, always delivered on time and free return service which comes very helpful when you need to return quick, their prices are best and excellent quality, you have choices to choose good brands outfits on best price. Definitely recommend to all,

Thank you for you reply and I have my full refund and they apologize , happy with their service . Delivery was on time dresses were gorgeous just bit concerned about sizes are different from U.K. Their 44 size in evening dresses should have some more flexibility to fit through otherwise design and stitching were beautiful . I placed an order and with in one week I want to return my dresses but I found out they have 24 hours return time for evening dresses that is ridiculous and theres shipping even not free and return we have to pay as well so its all totally risk doing shopping with them if you dont like the item or material not good or sizes different then we are ending up with extra charge so no point to go there and buying from them . I had experience from others shops most of free shipping when you are spending ove £100:00 and if youre spending over £200:00 they are sending you free return payed slip so you dont get charged but Modanisa I have placed an order for£229:84. They charged me shipping fees then I received my items but there sizes are different they were small so I have to return them and I paid my return fees again and the worse thing they detected my discount from all of orders ,they didnt refund the amount I have paid when I asked them they said this is our policy because you ordered 5 items and you returned 3 items, so divided your discount with others items which you are not returning even their discount was different so actually what they do they keep higher price item as it and when you placed an order with different items they showed you this is how much we have discount you but when you return them you dont get full refund which you have paid then they do it in different calculation, that is wrong at least what you are returning you should get what you have paid . You ended up with this mess and unlawful charge and bad service would never recommend to any one bad experience.
