We ordered email hosting from them "offshore email" and our account never got set up. Private layer almost never replied to any tickets, I had to open 5 tickets and then I would get one answer. Their phone number Puerto rico always goes to voice mail.

Also it is very expensive (1 dollar a minute) to dial puerto rico from India.

The product I ordered is cheap only 10 dollars/month but if this company doesn't care about customers or even set up the product they should just stop doing business.

Their standard excuse always, copy paste:
"Dear Sir,

Please excuse us for the long delay in the response to this ticket.
The ticket had been misplaced in other department."

This is the Indian version of yelp.com and they have most Indian cities covered. I love posting here and the website is very fast and user friendly, which is important in India as internet connection often loses speed or is even slow by itself in villages and smaller towns.

I only wish they would add translations to Hindi and other regional languages for the site and have an option for users to post reviews in our native languages, as it's an Indian reviews site after all.

Well we've been ordering link building services from Ravi since 08. And so far it's been good. His staff is a bit slow on reporting at times but other than that the results are great. This is one of the few SEO companies I found that actually provide results= some of their services are really effective like yahoo and social marketing.

The thing I like best about this company is that they always keep adding new services, which is very important in the world of SEO which is rapidly changing. When I first ordered from them they used to do only directory submissions and social bookmarking and now they have a lot of other services.

They just started a program which offers 10% discount to regular customers who posts a review of their service, and my experience has just been great.

Only possible improvement that I would request is faster turnarounds.

If they can make that better I am definitely going to keep ordering for a good time to come :)
