I ordered a $95 flower for a special grand opening and they took the order and charged me emidiadly then I called the customer service to make sure it will be there onetime and she said no, we cant deliver it today and we can send it tomorrow. Which the event is done!
She was very very rude talking to me and didnt let me talk. I asked why did it give me the option of choosing the same day delivery and you telling me you cant deliver it today?
She did not even apologize and just was keep talking rude and now I have to wait 3 to 5 day to get my money back.
