I have spend hours online and on the phone to get a refund on my textbook. I don't have access to the internet from home and was under the impression it was a hard copy because they asked for a shipping address. After charging my card i waited patiently for my textbook. After it was well past two weeks I tried to contact them to ask what was going on. After realizing it was an online copy they wouldn't refund my textbook because it was past the 14 day deadline even though it said it would take more time to ship out than that. With no access to a computer I had no way of reaching out to them before hand. The customer service woman I spoke to on the phone was completely rude, kept interupting me, and wouldn't tell me any of her information. The textbook hasn't been used once and has made me way behind in school while being forced to go into the library to do any form of studying as well as having to borrow others books. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. Would give -5 stars if I could.
