I purchased a Red silk saree wort Rs 1400. When received the material, it was completely different from the photo posted in the web site. The saree was of very very low quality, cheap looking. I wrote an email to the customer care requesting for a replacement attaching the images of the received saree and the photo in the website. The customer care readily said that, the material, which was delivered to me, completely matched with the website image. Hence the material could not be returned or replaced. I understood, it was a business of the company to make money quickly and disappear from the market.
I am astonished how the owner of the company is still moving around instead of being taken behind the bars.
Such frauds bear other sets of frauds... Never ending process
