Purchased tickets and selected my theater and Showtime, which the closest one to us is 40 minutes away. We showed up and they couldn't find our tickets so I checked my email and it was an entire different theater and we already missed the Showtime. I had an online chat because it said I couldn't be refunded because the show had already started. The Rep. Told me it was my fault and that they couldn't do anything then ended the chat. Wow! Don't use this
