I ordered a bench, nightstands and dresser from OKL in early July. I understand shipping takes a long time. My order showed up late in August, damaged. There was a huge hole in the back of the dresser and the nightstands were dented on the sides. The bench was ok so we kept it.
The expected delivery for the replaced items was early Sept. The shipping company messed up my tracking numbers and kept saying "OKL hasn't delivered the items" and delayed my shipment over and over. OKL said "oh Pilot has it, that is what they told me" and were rude when I questioned them. The OKL customer service rep, who had been helpful in the beginning (I will give him that credit), just stopped helping me when I called frustrated with the back and forth. I spent way too much money on this furniture for them to just point fingers at each other and NOT HELP ME.
Finally Pilot figured it out and got me in contact with the local shipping company who actually delivers to my house. They called and informed me me new delivery was also damaged. It is October 7th! Just ridiculous service. Cute furniture but don't shop here.
