I wish my friends and I had read the many, many negative reviews (on various sites) of the PurseForum / PurseBlog and its deplorable customer service!
I have been attempting to communicate with Customer Service for many weeks. In a previous email to them I responded to Tiffani's reply in which she requested my address in order to send me a $20 coupon and a letter of apology.
However, I have yet to receive a reply from anyone at Customer Service.
This company is very poorly run by W. Paul Jones. Does he even care about customers?

Very pathetic of them to ban people for no reason, and the moderators clearly love to make abuse...
