I have been attempting to communicate with Customer Service for many weeks. In a previous email to them I responded to Tiffani's reply in which she requested my address in order to send me a $20 coupon and a letter of apology.
However, I have yet to receive a reply from anyone at Customer Service.
This company is very poorly run by W. Paul Jones. Does he even care about customers?
