Placed an order on 12/31, but didn't get the item until February. While I understand that delays happen, my frustration lies with the lack of responsiveness. I sent multiple emails through my gmail account and on-line at their site asking for a status with only 2 quick responses received - one said I would get a tracking number, but never did and the other said "Our apologies your item will ship today. We had mistakenly marked your item as shipped" in January, but the item didn't arrive in a typical mailing timeframe from the response date. The website does not offer any other way to contact the Company except through email which looking back should have alerted me. The product was a quality item, but I would not recommend this seller based on their practices and lack of customer service.
