Bellows Heating and Air Conditioning installed AC at our house last week. They were delightful to have in the house for four days, did an excellent job of installing the AC, plus figuring out how to address several problem areas, and were easy to work with. The salesman Carl, project manager Russell, install team Michael and Mike, the two who joined them on Friday to finish the job, Jose and Austin, and Sal who came out to add more freon on Monday were all top-notch people to work with and highly skilled at their jobs.

I ordered a bookshelf ladder which arrived with two screws missing. I called the manufacturer and still have not received them. I called Cymax and said I wanted to return the product and she said I have to pay shipping plus a restocking fee. I deal with companies who provide a free shipping return label if the product is defective, plus they don't charge a restocking fee. In addition, it was extremely difficult to get in touch with them. I had to call three times to figure out the phone tree, then was left on hold for 12 minutes.
