I received a poorly packaged shipment, and even opened, from Zija of their weakest lowest grade juice, yet ordered and was charged for the highest grade. It was also not shipped as agreed and charged. When I called, their representative rudely refused to believe they could be at fault, kept referring to their policies with complacency, and wouldn't let me speak with a supervisor. After a hassle, Zija refunded the juice, but only reluctantly about one third of the shipping (I paid for UPS ground but didn't get it).
