I received a damaged and opened package, which they then tapped shut. I took it to the post office that same day and refuse delivery. The clerk took it and suggested the company I ordered it from damaged it! Hmmm, why would your company accept it that way??? And of course they wouldn't give me a receipt, unlike USP's honesty and efficiency. Trying to resolve it is very time consuming, difficult, and frustrating. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company as much as possible!




Waited for chat on UnderArmour behind 50 people (supposedly) then when I got to #1 they disconnected. Sent a return and it arrived back there a couple weeks ago. It's taking way too much time and is impossible to get through to resolve this!
