having trouble with there service so i went to the website for answers. They say contact us but don't give you a phone number there feed blames my internet connection but my 63 other feeds work fine. I'm dropping my subscription. If a company is having problems it is one thing but not being honest about it is not acceptable. The service has never been great and with the price increase it looks like i'm going back to Sling
rented a car with American Express card and declined the rental company insurance as they tell you to do in there benefits brochure. What they don't tell you is they don't pay a lot of the charges such as a vat tax, loss of use and others. Rental insurance through the rental agency would have been $290.00 my cost with American Express was $680.00. They pay what they want and your stuck with the difference.
Drove 100 miles to see a movie we didn't have locally. Used 2 rewards from Coke but also had to pay $6.52 extra because it was 3d. gave our tickets to the manager and she directed us to theater 2. We were early so we sat there for 30 minutes. % minutes after the show was supposed to start the screen was still blank. Went to find someone and they said the movies wasn't going to be shown and we could get a pass. The pass only covered the 2 rewards passes and not the extra $6.52 we had to pay.They called the police when we wanted our extra money we paid. So they thought was not going to be given to us or they said take the 2 passes or get excorted out and get nothing. 't ever plan on going back we have Net-Flix, Amazon and Hulu don't need this kind of treatment.
ordered a new phone got a refurbished one with problems they could't fix. sent it back and they sent me a new sim card for my old phone that only lasted a couple of days. they told me they new it was going to be no good just didn't know the exact date. in my last 60 days of service i was without all service for 12 days and had no voicemail for all of it. spent 5 hours with their help desk in this time and got nothing done, they also refused to port my # to my new carrier. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
