I ordered a skin care product. Received something completely different. Immediate contacted Poshmark (non)Support and asked that they refund my money. Their response was to email me a shipping label to send the product I received to the correct buyer and over my objection, emailed my address to the buyer who supposedly received my order. I repeatedly advised their (non)Customer Support that I will not accept a skin care product re-shipped to me by some unknown customer and to email me a shipping label to send back to the sloppy seller. Plus, Poshmark has violated my privacy by providing my PI (personal information) to some other customer without my permission and over my objections.
They repeatedly send me emails saying they're "sorry I don't love the product and I can give it away, toss it out or resell it on their website." Really?!
I have not and will not even open the package (originally ordered 9/4... received today 9/19)... hoping that PayPal will help resolve this.
Best advice is to stay away from this business. Very poor business practices... your personal information is not protected... and they wouldn't recognize customer service if it bit them in the a$$!

I submitted a post (that received 46 likes) with zero identifying information commenting on inappropriate behavior in my neighborhood. I was suspended. Others, however, have posted identifying information, including photos of cars with license plates clearly showing and those posts remain in place even when requests are submitted to have them removed (for the safety of the person identified in the post). When I disputed the decision... I just received platitudes... not sure they even bother to read the threads... or else their reading comprehension is very poor.
