Every year, soon after Christmas I order items for the next year. This year my order took 17 business days to arrive, well past other years. When I opened the large box, I found curling ribbon rolls jagged and broken with pieces in the bottom of the box, as they were NOT packed securely inside. Also the wrapping paper roll I received, the plastic did not cover the entire roll, so paper is exposed. There is not enough plastic to cover the whole thing. Late and no effort to secure their product is what they have accepted. NO EFFORT to ship appropriately. One of the wrapping papers - was shown with a light blue background with snowflakes, candy canes, reindeer, Santa, and Christmas trees on the website -it is dark green-blue, not exactly a winter wonderland - no wonder it was on sale.
