They offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee because they know that you can not return it! The website makes you believe you are ordering from California. It actually comes from Canada... so if you need to do a return it will cost more than the umbrella to ship it back. They offered me a refund of 20% back but have never received it and have emailed them several times. BTW when you call it instructs you to email them and I haven't been able to talk to a live person. I would not recommend ordering from them!
