I kept getting pop up ads from Noracora and the clothes looked like something I would wear. During this pandemic, you could not shop, except for online. What a mistake I made!

The quality of the product from Noracors is cheap, and was not to my liking when it finally arrived. No where did I see on their website that their company was in China, so shipment took over a month to receive, on top of that, their return policy is awful. They will take returns, but you have to make your request for a return within 15 days, which I did. You also have to state reasons for the return, item name, color, size, and then they may approve your return. You do not learn that they are in China and it is better to accept their 15% refund than to pay the shipping and any other fees they may tack on to your refund until you get to step 2 on the return process.

They also tell you that if you submit a request for a return and are unresponsive to their reply over 7 days, the issue is closed. I wasn't responsive but they were!

Never again will I buy outside of my own country. This tells me a lot about the company and their values. They should have been more upfront about where Noracora is located and their return policy.

Tip for consumers:
I am so used to the excellent customer service and return policy in the United States, I will never buy from Noracora or any other company outside of the US. Make sure the company stated their location.

None. I wanted to return them all. I will donate the items.
