They don't use reputable carriers consistently. My first order; the product was mailed in it's box (not put into a shipping box) with no tape and it was damaged as well as the product. It arrived in an unmarked van by someone without a uniform and left in front of the wrong house but on the correct property. Had to go through the trouble of sending it back and getting another... Too much hassle. I'll buy direct from manufacturer next time.

This website talks about George Madis as if he were still alive. Mr. Madis died in December of 2003. Maybe it hasn't been updated since then... that's very sad.
