AllegroMedical sent the wrong product - I was willing to reorder from them to get the right product but they would not pay the shipping costs. So I have to pay the shipping costs for an item that I already paid $60 for--and was described as a "vest" on their website. The rep said we will change the description to an accurate one. Of course that helps other people, but she won't stand behind the product as it was described when I bought it, EVEN THOUGH I said I would buy the correct item (at $120)!-- Plus she, and the so-called supervisor she transferred me to, were both EXTREMELY rude. I suggest not ordering from them. Google the product you want, and get from another health provider.
