The sent my purchase In two shipments to the wrong address. I caught the first one two days before delivery and called them. I spent over an hour on hold and was told to contact the carrier to have it rerouted and she hung up on me. I called the following day for assistance waited on hold for 45-60 minutes four separate times and couldn't get through. Called back on the day it said it was delivered to me. I was on hold for 3 1/2 hours. At the same time I was waiting on their online chat which took 51 minutes to get thru and I finally hung up. That person told me to wait 10 days from the date my package was delivered to the wrong address and they would refund my money and then I could repurchase the items. I asked about canceling the second shipment because it hadn't left their warehouse yet. I wanted to have it sent to the correct address. He told me they couldn't do it. I'd have to call. UPS. Now it's been 10 days since it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted them through online chat and it took 53 minutes to get a rep. Requested a refund since it had been 10 since my package was delivered and again they tell me to reach out to the carrier to have it rerouted. I told them I want a refund and she told me the system won't allow it. So I am out $150 and no clothes. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and she said she'd forward my concerns to the next available Supervisor and I'll be contacted at their earliest convenience. I asked if it would be through this chat and was told yes. Then 15 minutes later she asked I needed anything else to end the chat. I demanded a supervisor again and got the same response as earlier. After an additional 30 minutes on hold for a Supervisor I finally was promised a refund. It better be a full refund.
