Lynette C. I ordered BURLAP RUNNER from them and they sent me a pulleys. Called them about the wrong item that they sent. And told them that i need my item by the 15th of the month. They told me they will look into it. 2 days past no calls and email. Called them back and they told me they're still investigating where the item went. In short i did not receive my order at all. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Worst customer service too!
