Dealing with Dr. Sebi's customer service in regards to a missing/lost package has been a nightmare. From Zarubia to Chrissy to Beatriz the customer service reps have been less than helpful. They did not do their job when we required signature confirmation and the package was left by USPS and presumably stolen. So, we've been in a tug of war with this incompetent company about receiving a replacement or a refund! At this point it's frustrating because no one wants to be out of a product or money ESPECIALLY in the midst of a pandemic. It is almost impossible to get in contact with a manager without being given the run around. Don't waste your time or your money on this company. They are running Dr. Sebi's legacy into the ground!
