Overall, I would have to say we have had a pleasure using their service, but have had a number of issues that required us to get support, and support was one of the most tedious parts of the service. Our email list is only around 15,000 so I know we're not one of the major players on their radar, but while they make it easy to send out emails, they don't do a great job of communicating changes or issues with their services. Since we do a lot of timely communications on new deals and what-not, having an email take six hours to go out can be the difference between success and failure for a campaign. In many cases, people end up opting out because they are tired of getting emails after a deal is already over. We would probably move away from them if we weren't too much tied to their system. Considering hiring someone part-time to help us move to another platform and to re-design our emails.

Our experience working with DMA has been nothing but positive. They were able to triple the amount of traffic we were seeing from Google within six month of bringing them on board to handle our SEO. They spent a lot of time looking at our website to help us understand how it needed to be improved for Google's algorithm to want to favor it. Every conversation we've had with them has been a pleasant experience. We also hired them to handle some of our online advertising, which has also been a great experience. They are doing a great job of decreasing our costs across the board while improving the results we are seeing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to grow their business; they do a good job of being up-front and honest.

Tip for consumers:
I would recommend reaching out to them to let them do a free look at your website. They show their knowledge right from the very start.

Overall Evernote is something I would recommend to anyone that writes a lot of notes and has a need for accessing them at weird times. Since I can have it on my phone and can access it from any computer, it makes for a great way to write and have access at any time. However, where I have had some issues, is with some of the tools for saving other types of notes. I also feel it could be easier to organize my notes as the web app and desktop app handle things a bit differently, but overall I can at least do some searches usually to find what I am looking for pretty quick. My only issues with that lie in trying to find a note I made a long time ago.

I've been involved in online advertising for the past few years and I have to say that I've been a bit underwhelmed at the results we've seen from using Adroll when compared to some of the other channels we've used. There is a learning curve if you're looking to do it on your own, almost producing a necessity for having a marketing manager on board to handle a campaign. Since I was well versed in Google Adwords, I figured it would be a similar experience with a different network of publishers to target, but it really wasn't that type of experience at all.

We still continue to run a few ads on there using some native ads and some retargeting, but it just doesn't perform at the rate we were hoping and we're not seeing the return that we see from other channels.

  • Asana

I've been using Asana Premium for around six months now and it has been a great way to keep track of ongoing projects and deadlines. In two cases I have had to speak to their support team and in both cases they were quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Their software works well on all three of the devices I use; the computer I have at work running Windows 10, my Chromebook at home, and my Android phone. Since it is always sync'd, I am always on top of what is going on and it also ensures that our team is not dropping anything or missing out on things going on. It has been a life-changing experience for me personally and has also been a great tool for our team.

Tip for consumers:
You really need to be willing to give it at least a month to figure out whether it's for you or not. There was an adjustment period, but it has worked great.
