Unfortunately whilst the product I purchased was good (pregnancy pillow available from multiple websites) the Modern Nursery failed to account for an additional customs charge due to Brexit which I was forced to pay, increasing my purchase price by about 30%. After lots of back and forth not only did they not offer me any kind of refund, but essentially said it wasn't their problem (even though it's a law and they should have known shipping to ROI would have this cost) and also wouldn't listen to my simple request that they inform their ROI customers at checkout that an extra customs charge might apply. They also for those super interested in this review, were going to charge me the return delivery fee if I didn't pay the customs charge. Not good.
