Whenever I am trying a new vendor for custom shirts, I only order one, just to make sure the fit and quality is what I am looking for. Well, I am impressed and happy with my first custom shirt order from Cerise. After I submitted my first order, they realized that the shoulder/sleeve measurements were not quite right and they contacted me about it giving me specific instructions on how to do it properly. I corrected the measurements online and when the shirt arrived it fit like a glove. I was not sure if I was going to like the collar selection I made, but it was fantastic! The whole process from submitting my order online until I got it delivered took a little over 3 weeks, which I found impressive considering the COVID-19 situation these days. I have made orders from other vendors before I made this one from Cerise and I am still waiting for them to get delivered. Long story short, a great custom clothing experience and customer service. I will make new orders for sure. Thank you so much Cerise!
