Do not use this lab. It's a waste of money and time. They grab the money and do not serve the client at all. They stopped responding to me and threw away my samples which are criminal evidence, I suspect their lab tests are fraudulent, and they intentionally destroy all my evidence so that I can't disprove or hold the lab liable, or retest my evidence with a legitimate lab. Their are extremely dishonest. I repeatedly lied about everything. Do not use them. Do not pay them upfront. You'll never see your money, your evidence will be destroyed, but you will get a one-sentence report.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE THIS LAB. It costs a lot but it is utterly worthless. This a con job. In addition, they will destroy criminal evidence, so you can not hold them liable.

SCAM. Offer a good deal, knowing that the COVID-19 travel restriction will not let you travel anyway. Most important all your money they keep and share among hotels and themselves. NO RETURN, FAST ILLEGAL within seconds charge even on your expired credit card somehow? Keep 100% of all your money, provide ZERO service, hotel, meals, spa treatment - all none received by the customer. Any cancellation is not accepted even 3 months ahead are made. SCVAM. SCAM, SCAM!
Tip for consumers:
If you charge someone for some services or goods the company has to provide the customer with something. No one should be able to charge a customer providing a total ZERO!

Wish co. Has deceiving advertising. On their photos, all models are weight 40 Lbs., and 3.5-foot high; therefore all the close will not match you unless you are U.S. size XXS, or -000. The quality is extremely poor, so be on alert. They will charge you shipping for each item, nonrefundable; and that's how they make their money. BE ALERT, SCAM for profit!

I have to know their sizes for sure. Also, I need to know their return policy as well.

For example, I ordered 2 Panchos, (in reality 2 scarfs) with a charge for each $11.00, but I received them in one package, so instead of saving money on my merchandise I lost $22.00 for nothing!
