Bomo Parking services - BOURNEMOUTH AIRPORT - I like many others was mislead to believe they are part of the airport which they are not. I gave them my car keys and when arrived home from Alicante on 21st May at 11pm I was told along with another customer they did not have my keys. They returned over an hour later to tell me they lost them and was going to have to look for them. They left me stuck in the airport after I refused a lift home in another customers car to Andover. At 2am they came back to tell me they couldnt be found and they were going home and didnt care when I said my house keys were in the car and I had no money. My partner spoke to John Smith (MANAGER OF BOMO) on the phone who said tough he wasnt going to get us a hotel or hire car or lock smith and that we have stay at the airport. After calling the police they located my car in a muddy field at Alice in wonderland with no security, no gates or cctv like stated on there website (http://www.carparkingatbournemouthairport.com) and this is where they keep the cars. John Smith told the police he was doing nothing for us as he had mouths to feed and the police said this happens often and they struggle to do anything as John knows all the legalities and loopholes. At 5am a member of there staff came to the airport to collect other customers keys, he refused to help us or phone John who he said was in bed and no one was looking for our key or looking after the cars they had. Even more worryingly when asked if he was insured to drive customer cars he said our insurance covers him which it does not. At 6.30 am I had to get my mother to pay for a taxi for me to collect our car spare key from Weymouth costing over 150 pounds. When finally getting to my car it was wrecked. It was a brand new 20,000 pound car that was cleaned and valeted before giving to them and it was now covered in dirt, the windscreen had small crack, a scrap on back light, the inside seats were down head rests out and looked like it had been used for tip runs. There is thousands of pounds of damage to interior with scratches Rips etc in plastics roof and seats, and 2 cigarette burns in roof. There is also what appears to be tippex or white paint badly painted over a scrape above the back drivers side wheel on panel. More worryingly my partners house key and £50 was gone from the centre console in car and this company has his home address. I believe they may be doing burglaries aswell as scamming people with the car parking. This has all been reported to police and I have video evidence of everything I have stated. Also bear in mind, the company was not expecting us back until the following day, giving them time to take our keys to get cut (possibly).
