I liked how easy Spyrix was to use, but that lasted three days and then it stopped working. Customer service gave me a couple things to check. I did them and they didn't work. I told them that but they just keep telling me the same things over and over. Now they want me to send them some sort of bug report but, as I've told them repeatedly, I cannot access the program AT ALL. They refuse to issue any sort of refund or give me any other options to look at to try to make this work. After a month of going back and forth with them, I give up.
