I had ordered cosmetics from purple. The products were not packaged properly, 1/4 of the contents in the bottle leaked out. Other products I ordered with it were in a very dirty and soiled condition as if was used and discarded. And customer service lines are always busy. The products look so unhygienic, how am I supposed to use these products?
Really bad experience and I am really disappointed by purple and would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this site.

Pathetic customer support! Pathetic Service! My order was canceled because COD is not available on liquid shipments in Lucknow. Althogh nothing as such metioned on the site. The customer service lady first told me to pay online because there is some issue with the courier company. What the heck is that suppose to mean it your company's matter, sort it out. If I wanted to pay online I would have. Then I was told I would get the shipment in two days. After two day I was told that they are canceling my order because liquid merchandise cannot be shipped in my area anymore. Then came height of insincerity the manager told me that Fedex and bluedart don't accept liquids in shipment. That is just unbelievable. If they don't why are they in courier business anyway? First time I was ordering something from this site, got a really bad experience and looking at this made me realize it was all done purposefully so that I would pay online and I'm glad I didn't becoz no guarantee I'd get it.
