I purchased an Essurance auto warranty and made on time payments for nearly 3 years. When I finally needed car repairs was when I learned that no repair shops in my area would accept the warranty coverage and I had been paying them $71 a month for useless warranty coverage. I chatted with a support person on 5/27/22 and expressed in writing that I wished to cancel. I also called and spoke to thier representative and emailed them 3 times stating I wished to cancel on 5/27/22. This company continued to bill me on my due date of 6/6/22. On 7/6/22 they billed me again and finally cancelled my service but they claim that I owe them over $140 for June 2022 and July 2022 even though I told them numerous times that I wished to cancel on 5/27/22.

PayPal used to be a good company. I used to feel safe when I made purchases with PayPal because PayPal used to back thier consumers and make things right. That all ended with Covid and PayPal customer service was pretty much nonexistent. There was absolutely no way to reach PayPal during the covid lockdowns of 2020. During that time, I purchased 2 pairs of boots from an online retailer from China. The retailer completely ripped me off and scammed me by sending me 2 completely hideously wrong pairs of boots and PayPal sided with the retailer and I was out $75 and PayPal could not be reached. I have never been able to trust PayPal since.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid PayPal if you can.

Could not use the products recieved because they were hideously ugly.

Zazzle is a legitimate business. I like that they offer free shipping and most of thier items ship quickly. However Zazzle has the worst most amature content management team I have ever seen. I am an independent author who has hired illustrators to draw pictures for my books. Resently I have designed a few products with pictures from my books just for myself and my family. These pictures are based on my family members. Four different times they falsely accused me of copyright infringement and cancelled my orders that included my artwork which If they had asked me first I would have been glad to show them reciepts showing that I own the rights to the artwork I submitted.

Most upsetting was I placed 3 separate orders using pictures of a cartoon version my son playing basketball. On the basketball Jersey appeared the word Eagles which is the name of my son's high school team. Zazzle produced and sold me the first 2 items I ordered without any problem. The 3rd order I placed using the exact same picture zazzle content department cancelled the 3rd order claiming the word Eagles is trademarked. If the word Eagles is trademarked why do so many schools and companies use the word Eagles? Why did Zazzle produce and sell me 2 products previously with this exact picture? Zazzle has also messed up on several of my orders in the past causing delays in shipping orders that were supposed to arrive for Christmas or they sent me the completely wrong product. Once they sent a custom sweatshirt with profanity on it that was a completely wrong product. It was adressed to my 12 year old grand daughter it would have been disgraceful if she had opened the package Christmas morning and found the Xrated sweatshirt.

I placed an order with E. L. f. Cosmetics to be immediately taken to a Bizrate survey. I was promised $100. At the end of the survey I was offered 4 magazine subscriptions totaling $100. What a scam! I don't need magazines! I need $100

Tip for consumers:

What a load of crap! I was excited to learn that I would qualify for $583 a month in health subsidies. That should be enough to cover premiums on a good plan for one person. I quickly learned that wasn't enough to cover premiums on this truly worthless insurance. I would still have to pay $113 a month for insurance that covered absolutely nothing no dr visits or labs ECT until the insured paid over $7,000 in deductions. $150 would let me see the Dr. For $30 which sounded good until I did the math and figured I see my dr and get labs 4 times a year which would be about a years worth of premiums plus I'd be paying the $30 per dr visits. If I need extra work I'd have to pay $6,000 before the insurance paid for anything more. A complete waist of money.

  • Kmart

I hate Kmart. Truly hate their rude sales people. I hate thier high prices. What I hate the most is about 3 weeks ago I got an email for exclusive members only. It said if I spent X amount of dollars at Kmart I would get $25 in SYW rewards points. I didn't get them right away so I called their customer service number the sales clerk gave me. I was told I would get them on 12/4. So after waiting 3 weeks I went into Kmart and took $75 worth of stuff up to the counter. They told me I had $0 in points. The sign at the register said no SYW points would be given because the store was closing. The sign wasn't there 3 weeks earlier.of course no one could tell me that 3 weeks earlier that I wouldn't get my points because the store was closing. I waited 3 weeks for nothing. So because I didn't get the $25 in points I had to put a toy back that my granddaughter should be getting for Christmas.

This is just plain wrong. They shouldn't with hold points from customers. It's not our fault they are going out of business. They are going out of business because they suck!

  • CellPhoneCases

I ordered two chargers from cellphonecases.com on 4/24/18. I paid for both using PayPal and made two separate transactions. Both orders were just $4.99 each. I received one order within a week. I waited several days and never got the 2nd charger. I went to the website to track my order. They only had record of one of my orders. I was smart to pay with PayPal because they had record of my payment. Cellphonecases.com does not publish a phone number. I filed a complaint with PayPal stating I needed my money back so I could reorder the item. Cellphonecases.com did not respond to the PayPal complaint so I had to escalate it to a dispute. Still no response from cellphonecases.com. I thought they would refund my money right away so that I could reorder but they didn't. It took until May 22,2018 to get my money back through PayPal. I will not order from them again. Also the charger I did get did not fit my iPad. The website said it would fit my iPad. It probably would have cost more to ship it back than the $4.99 item cost so I kept it. So I'm still out $4.99. I will not be ordering again. Based on reviews from other customers I will probably just run into more problems.

I ordered 6 photo blankets. And had complaints with the first one so the company cheerfully gave me a free blanket. No more problems after that. The best part is the rest of the blankets turned out beautiful and my family is so happy with them. Will definitely buy more!
