I saw this red dress very simple style and the price to purchase is somewhat overpriced (649.00) pretty but its very simple with a tie that wraps around waist and simply tie. Ive reached out to the company few times inquiring about any promotional discount (Im a first timer with them) and each time within a reasonable amount of time they responded (basically no they couldnt offer me any savings.). So eventually they had a 10% discount which at that point I decided to purchase the dress (still too much money for such a simple dress.) almost immediately after doing so the dress is discounted to 30%. So naturally I emailed asking for a price adjustment... its been over a week I have emailed them about five times they auto send a message stating they are a small team and will respond within 48 hours... however it has been over a week and I expressed to them that I would appreciate it if they would follow through and respond as stated... but its as if they are purposefully ignoring me. I feel quite disrespected having taken a chance to purchase an item I did not even have chance to look at in person (btw I asked if I could do so as their return policy is quite restrictive not allowing refunds and exchanges limited to couple weeks which means Im running out of time to even consider returning for different deal) anyhow its like a broken record promising to return my email however never actually responding to my request. I have never experienced this ever they are quite ungrateful to me as a customer and I feel quite disrespected... maybe even ripped off. They do not have s direct phone number and no one is responding. They once emailed me in the beginning that it wouldnt be s problem but have to ask the owners that was about a week ago and I continue to get this generic return email with no real answer. Im very hesitant to purchase from them and will not purchase from them this experience has left me feeling frustrated and I dont want to feel disrespected after all I didnt do anything wrong except purchased an item I thought Id like a very overpriced dress which went on sale right after I purchased it... I only wanted a price adjustment and I didnt think that was an unreasonable request. But they are not responding as promised... their response is an automated message stating they will respond within 48 hours... I got about a dozen of these but no one actually responded to me and its almost over a week ago I began to reach out to them!
