Great items and fantastic customer service. I've been buying uniforms for some years now and I plan to continue.

I discovered this site through a friend of mine. Overall the service is quite good, even great, but there are some areas that could use some improvement.

The good:
Easy to navigate
Vast catalogue of products
Fastest delivery ever

The bad:
Items' pictures are way too small
The English translation of the site is incomplete or doesen't work properly
No free shipping outside Germany
No Paypal for my Country (Italy)
Shipping fares quite pricey

All in all I wasn't displeased with the service and if you have friends with whom to split the shipping fares, by all means give it a try.

Alas, those little pictures irks me a lot since most of the times you have to know already the products in order to understand what you are purchasing.

Also, in a world where almost everybody uses paypal, they are stil clinging to a bank transfer. Also also, a lot of sites offer shipping discounts for big orders.

I discovered recently this site and I fell in love with some of the miniatures they sell. So far I placed two separate orders and to be honest I wasn't that impressed.

The good:
Easy access and navigation
Modelling support
Free shipping for orders over a certain amount easy to reach
Free miniature if you place relatively big orders
Deals
Fast delivery
Very good customer service

The bad:
Quality of the resin vary a lot. Flash lines and air bubbles in difficult places abound
I received a broken item tha was promptly substituted
I received an incomplete model and the missing components were promptly sent

Maybe I was just unlucky, but two orders in a row with two problems ticked me off. I'd give the site three stars for the overall quality, but the customer service is quite good and it deserves one more star out of goodwill.

The miniatures are not for everybody, they require some work and some parts need to be rebuilt with putty (the one you are most comfortable with). Flash lines sometimes are in places difficult to reach and overall the models look made more to impress than to be painted. Also they feature a lot of really minuscule details that need a very steady hand, a near perfect sight and excellent brushes.

To recap, the service has room to improve, but overall is not an unpleasant experience. If you like their miniatures by all means have a go, but be aware that you might find them too difficult to paint and you might have to resort to customer service (which is anyway a friendly and pleasant experience).

I'll definitely place further orders in the future, so thumbs up I guess.

I've been buying from Wayland Games since 2009 and I must say that the service is very good. I've ever had just one problem with an order and not by their fault. Basically a product I did purchase was mislabeled so I got the wrong product. I got a fast reply and a substitution in a fairly short amount of time. The Customer Service was fast and friendly, so kudos.

The only downside of this site is that they don't keep a stock, so when you place an order for stuff that's not a new release you have to wait for the restock. This means that you have to wait at least three weeks for the item(s) to be available, plus shipping time.

For me it's not a huge problem, since the discount and free shipping make up for it, but if you want your miniatures (and games, and modelling stuff etc.) in a jiffy, you may want to go somewhere else.

To recap:

The good:
Easy access and navigation
Sizeable catalogue of products
Pre-orders
Free shipping easily achievable
Discounts
Special offers
Excellent customer service
Excellent communication
Reasonably fast shippings
Orders usually perfect

The bad:
No stock for a lot of products that need to be ordered from manufacturers
