Terrible tour company! We canceled the reservation as soon as we find out that we're not able to board on plane due to Covid. We asked them to cancel the reservation and provide a refund. Of course they denied our request stating that you need to cancel within 24 hours in advance. We didn't know 24hrs ago that we will be sick and won't be able to board on the plane.Travel agencies should be more lenient and understand during this difficult travel time impacted by Covid. They should be more thankful and work with people like us who still traveling and pay their bills despite travel complications and restrictions!
