Personally I think your company is just a big rip off scam! You make people think their going to get free shipping on the item they just purchased, when really your just scamming people of a fee for your service! I will be going to my bank and having the charges reversed!

We're so sorry to hear you feel this way. When a user receives a free shipping offer on their purchase, they can then sign up with us and submit a claim for a shipping rebate. Members are welcome to cancel their account at any time during their free trial, and they will still receive a check for the rebate within 3-6 weeks. If a trial member chooses to stay on board with us and continue using our savings benefits past the trial period, he or she is subject to the $12.97 monthly membership fee. These details are stated on the sign up page, in our terms of use and in the welcome email each new member receives upon signing up with us.
