I've ordered a number of items on the platform. Every single item I've delivered was completely different from what I've ordered. I order a 200+ piece set of bits and such to only receive one or two. I order a drill I receive a picture of a drill. And so forth and so on. The customer service experience is horrible and trying to get a live agent is miserable. They claim 24/7 support but it is an automated assistant. That's not 24 7 support.
Tip for consumers:
Please avoid at all costs. the money you save in the item price you pay double in misery of the items received being different than what's ordered and trying to get them returned.
