I've ordered a number of items on the platform. Every single item I've delivered was completely different from what I've ordered. I order a 200+ piece set of bits and such to only receive one or two. I order a drill I receive a picture of a drill. And so forth and so on. The customer service experience is horrible and trying to get a live agent is miserable. They claim 24/7 support but it is an automated assistant. That's not 24 7 support.
